CONROE, Texas — HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe has named AJ Milanak chief financial officer. In his role, Milanak oversees the hospital’s financial operations and supports strategic planning and growth initiatives.
Milanak joins HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe from Grand Strand Medical Center, where he served as assistant chief financial officer. During his time there, he partnered with executive leadership to support key financial and operational functions, including accounting, supply chain, case management, patient access, information technology and health information management. He also led capital planning efforts for major strategic initiatives and supported work to improve length of stay and overall operational performance.

Prior to joining HCA Healthcare, he was chief financial officer of Founders Group International, leading financial operations for a $60 million organization with more than 1,000 employees. As chief financial officer, Milanak will work closely with hospital leaders to support financial stewardship and operational excellence across the organization.
