Victoria C. Chang, MD

Victoria Chang, MD, is an experienced Board Certified general surgeon and fellowship trained bariatric surgeon. She is trained in robotic surgery as well as endoscopic procedures. Dr. Chang completed her undergraduate education at the University of Texas at Austin where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration while completing medical school prerequisites with university honors. She went on to attend medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and then compl
