James H. Phelan, MD

Dr. James Phelan began has been practicing in the Humble / Kingwood area since 1977. Dr. Phelan received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois, and attended Medical School at the Baylor College of Medicine in the Texas Medical Center. He completed his Family Practice Residency in Baylor Affiliated Hospitals, also in the Texas Medical Center. Dr. Phelan is an expert in robotics and in his spare time he teaches robotics classes and writes articles for Robot Magazine.
