Dr. Samuel and her family moved to The Woodlands from Atlanta, where she served as the Medical Director for the Perinatal Center at Emory University Midtown Hospital. Prior to that, she completed her residency training at the University of Pittsburgh and fellowship at Columbia University Medical Center.
