Ali A. Ahmed, MD

Dr. Ali A. Ahmed brings more than a decade of clinical experience to Houston Kidney Team. His medical journey spans from New York City, where he completed his Internal Medicine Residency, to Indiana, where he worked as a hospitalist and served as Medical Director of a Hospitalist Program.

In 2019, he moved to Houston to complete his Nephrology Fellowship at UT Houston, followed by an advanced year of Transplant Nephrology Training at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans.
