Pasadena, Texas — HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Scott as the Chief Financial Officer for the southeast Harris County hospital and its affiliated sites of care, effective June 12, 2026.
Scott previously served as Controller at HCA Houston Healthcare Gulf Coast Division from 2023 to 2026 and as Assistant Chief Financial Officer (ACFO) at HCA Southeast in 2023. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Western Carolina University and an MBA from West Virginia University. Scott blends extensive financial acumen with a deep-seated passion for our clinical mission and operational excellence.
Scott has been a cornerstone of the HCA Houston Healthcare family since 2019 consistently demonstrating the strategic vision and dedication that define our organization’s leadership. Beyond his financial achievements, he is a senior leader who leads by example. His hands-on support and knowledge of HCA systems will serve our hospital well.
