HCA Houston Healthcare Medical Center welcomes new chief financial officer, Ella Stenstrom

Houston, Texas — HCA Houston Healthcare Medical Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Ella Stenstrom as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective December 15, 2025. Stenstrom brings more than 25 years of healthcare finance and leadership experience to the organization.

Most recently, Stenstrom served as Chief Financial Officer at AdventHealth Hendersonville in North Carolina, where she successfully led initiatives that enhanced the hospital’s financial performance, improved operational efficiency, and supported a high-quality patient experience. She is widely recognized for her expertise in strategic business transactions, financial planning, and operations within complex healthcare environments.

Stenstrom holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from St. Cloud State University.
