Gifts for patients
Gifts, cards and flowers will be sent to a patient's room upon arrival. Flowers received after a patient has been discharged will be returned to the florist. Deliveries should be addressed as follows:

Parking
Visitor parking is available in front of the hospital. Additionally, we offer free valet parking at the following entrances:
Main Tower
- Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm
ER
- Monday through Sunday from 10:00am to 11:00pm
Visiting hours
Visiting hours will vary so please ask a care team member for current visitor hours. To promote healing and safety and limit infection, some units may limit the number of visitors a patient can receive at one time. Patients have the right to choose to receive visitors from among family, friends or other individuals at any time during their stay.
Visitor policy
Please call the hospital for additional information regarding the current visitation policy, including hours and COVID-19 patient visitation. Please note that visitation guidelines are subject to change. To provide a restful and safe environment, we ask that visitors follow these guidelines:
- Do not visit if you have a cold, sore throat, fever or other illness
- Avoid noisy, disruptive behavior to help respect the healing of all patients
- Wash your hands before entering a patient’s room
- Ask before bringing foods, drinks or items that might trigger allergies—like balloons, flowers or perfume—into patient rooms
- Make sure all children have a supervising adult with them at all times
Food and nutrition services
Cafeteria
Located on the first floor, our cafeteria features a variety of entrees, including items from the grill, sandwiches, salads and beverages. Cafeteria hours are:
Monday through Friday
- Breakfast: 7:00am - 9:00am
- Lunch: 11:00am - 2:00pm
- Dinner: Closed
Cypress Café
Located on the first floor lobby, Cypress Café offers a selection of baked goods, sandwiches, soups, salads and specialty coffee and tea beverages. Hours are:
- Monday through Friday: 6:30am - 6:30pm
- Saturday through Sunday: 7:00am - 6:30pm
Vending
Vending machines for snacks and beverages are available 24/7 and are located in the cafeteria, ICU and emergency room.
