Jim Beck Brown

Chief executive officer

Previous to his appointment as chief executive officer (CEO) of HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress, Jim Beck Brown was chief development officer (CDO) at HCA Healthcare’s Gulf Coast Division.

Brown joined HCA Healthcare in 2017. Before coming to HCA Healthcare, Brown was senior vice president/CEO of ambulatory services for Memorial Hermann Health System. Brown has also served as the orthopedic service line executive for Memorial Hermann Health System and CEO of Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital. His career began at Christus St. Joseph’s Health System in Paris, Texas as an administrative resident, eventually rising to the rank of vice president. He later served as chief operating officer (COO) at Lea Regional Medical Center in Hobbs, New Mexico, and COO at Doctors Hospital of Dallas.

Brown earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing at Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Trinity University. Brown is currently a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves as an advisory board member of the Trinity University Healthcare Administration Program.

Chris Rogerson

Chief financial officer

Chris Rogerson has served as the chief financial officer (CFO) at HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress since July 2025.

He previously served as the CFO at The Wellington Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare UK. Rogerson played a key role in driving strategic growth and operational efficiency across the UK’s largest private acute hospital. His leadership has contributed to the successful rollout of robotic surgery programs, major cost-saving initiatives, and service expansion projects.

Rogerston began his career with HCA Healthcare in 2008 and has since held multiple senior roles, including CFO positions at Lister Hospital, HCA Labs, and The Harley Street Clinic. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and brings strong commercial acumen, a passion for innovation, and a collaborative approach to healthcare finance.
