ATM locations
For your convenience, an ATM is located on the main floor outside of Café West.
Internet access
Free guest Wi-Fi is available throughout the hospital.
Gifts for patients
Floral arrangements, books and other gift items are available for purchase in our gift shop located on the first floor in the Main Lobby. Phone orders are welcomed and available during gift shop operating hours. For more information about our gift shop, please call (281) 588-8129. Gift shop hours are:
- Monday through Friday: 9:00am - 8:00pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
- Holidays: 11:00am - 6:00pm
Outside deliveries will be sent to patient rooms upon arrival. Flowers are delivered to patient rooms by staff. Please keep in mind that large plants and flower arrangements are difficult to deliver and remove upon discharge. Flowers are not permitted in the ICU.

Parking
Free self-parking is available. We also offer complimentary valet parking. Visitors are cautioned not to park in reserved areas or otherwise restricted areas.

We encourage the support of loved ones to aide in the recovery of our patients. Please call the hospital for information regarding the current visitor policy, including hours and COVID-19 patient visitation. Please note that visitation guidelines are subject to change.
Food and nutrition services
Cafeteria
Our full-service cafeteria is open daily and located on the first floor. Cafeteria hours are:
- Monday through Friday: 7:30am - 2:00pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 7:30am - 11:00pm
Café West Express
Located on the first-floor lobby, Café West Express offers a selection of snacks and coffee beverages.
Hours are:
- Monday through Friday: 6:30am - 7:00pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
