An ATM is located in the Women’s Atrium lobby.
Internet access
Free guest Wi-Fi is available throughout the hospital.
Telephones
Courtesy telephones are provided in various locations throughout the hospital.
Gifts for patients
Floral arrangements, books and other gift items are available for purchase in our gift shop located on the first floor of our main hospital building. Snacks, candy and sodas are also available for purchase. Open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Outside deliveries will be sent to patient rooms upon arrival. Deliveries should be addressed as follows:

Parking
Parking at our hospital is free. There are two parking lots in front of the hospital that are open from 5:00am to 7:00pm. We also offer a free parking garage across from the hospital’s entrance on Peakwood Drive.
If you need an escort to your car or assistance with minor vehicle problems, dial 0 for the hospital operator and ask for Security.
Visiting hours
General hospital visitation hours are observed from 8:00am to 8:00pm and subject to specific restrictions as to time, age, or number of visitors in specific areas.
Visitor policy
We welcome visitors to show support for a friend or loved one staying at HCA Houston Northwest, and are here to provide them the support needed to make the most of their visit. Please call the hospital for additional information regarding the current visitation policy, including hours and COVID-19 patient visitation. Please note that visitation guidelines are subject to change.
Waiting areas
Waiting areas are located in our medical and surgical intensive care units as well as labor and delivery floor. Outpatient Imaging, Cardiac Cath Lab, and Surgery also have waiting areas.
Food and nutrition services
Cafeteria
Our hospital cafeteria is open daily and located on the first floor of the main hospital building. Cafeteria hours are:
- Breakfast: 6:30am - 10:00am
- Lunch: 11:00am - 2:30pm
- Dinner: 3:30pm - 7:00pm
Subway
Subway is located in the Women’s Atrium and is open daily from 10:00am to 9:00pm, excluding holidays.
Vending
Vending machines are located in the South Tower.
