HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe has provided for the healthcare needs of the Montgomery County region for more than 80 years — and we look forward to having you or your loved one in our care.
For those in need of registering for procedures or ancillary services, our admissions area is located just beyond the main entrance to the hospital. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 6:00pm. Please call (936) 539-7402 to begin pre-admission procedures. Our goal is to make the admission process as quick and easy as possible. It is essential that we have your current medical and financial information.

Gifts for patients
Floral arrangements, books and other gift items are available for purchase in our gift shop located on the first floor in the Main Lobby. Snacks, candy and sodas are also available for purchase. For more information about our gift shop, please call (936) 539-7431.

Outside deliveries will be sent to a patient's room upon arrival. Deliveries should be addressed as follows:

Parking
Free self-parking is available. Patients and visitors are cautioned not to park in reserved areas or otherwise restricted areas.
Visiting hours
General visiting hours are observed from 6:00am to 9:00pm and subject to specific restrictions as to time, age, or number of visitors in specific areas.
- Intensive Care Units (ICU/CCU): Visiting hours are observed from 8:00am to 1:00pm and 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Visiting times may be individualized according to the needs of the patient and the activity in the unit. For further information, call (936) 539-7764.
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU): Only banded people have access to the NICU. No children and no other visitors allowed. The NICU is closed for shift change from 6:30am to 7:30am and 6:30pm to 7:30pm.

Waiting areas
Waiting areas for visitors are located near the operating rooms and the ICU area, in the Emergency Department, and the two main lobbies. Visitors are encouraged to use the Hope Atrium on the first floor (near the cafeteria and chapel) and the waiting area on the second floor between the 2 North and 2 South nursing units.
Food and nutrition services
Cafeteria
Our cafeteria is located on the first floor of the hospital. Family and friends are welcomed to enjoy loved ones for meals. Guest tray vouchers may be purchased for $8 from the cafeteria cashier or the first floor Diet Office during hours of operation. To order, guests should speak with the meal delivery associate, and the house meal will be sent with the next patient meal.

Lunch/dinner from 11:00am - 7:30pm
Saturday and Sunday: Breakfast from 7:00am - 9:30am
Lunch from 11:00am - 1:30pm
Quiznos
Quiznos is located on the first floor near the cafeteria and is open Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 3:00pm. Made-to-order sandwiches, salads and soups available for purchase.
Vending
Vending machines for snacks and beverages are available 24/7 and are located in the cafeteria and waiting rooms.
